SOKI™ Home Energy Intelligence
Design your system.
Enter your address, adjust your panels, and see your numbers. And we can direct you to the right installer for your project and custom design.
SOKI™ Home Energy Intelligence
A friendly kiosk in stores you already shop at. Homeowners build a solar estimate from their real roof and utility rates, then decide if they want to talk to a local installer. We make the introduction.
For solar companies
We connect solar installers with homeowners who designed a system at the kiosk and asked to talk. We also handle the marketing that gets them there.
For homeowners
The kiosk sits in the aisle of a store you already shop at. Use it for two minutes or twenty. Walk away whenever you want.
Near the electrical aisle. No appointment, no salesperson waiting.
We pull your roof from satellite imagery and your rates from your utility.
Adjust panel count and see how the numbers move. Print it or send it to yourself.
We match you with a vetted local installer. You decide whether to take the call.
Try it here
The same tool that runs on the kiosk. Enter your address, adjust your panels, and see your numbers. And we can direct you to the right installer for your project and custom design.
The first kiosks are on the floor. Homeowners can now build a solar estimate while they shop.
A plain walkthrough of the roof data, utility rates, and assumptions behind every number on the kiosk.
Licensed installers in CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA, and RI can now apply to be introduced to kiosk homeowners.
For homeowners
Use the SOKI kiosk in a store you already shop at, or do it right here online. See your numbers, then decide who calls you, if anyone.
How the kiosk works

We pull your roof from satellite imagery and your rates from your utility.

How the estimate is built
No guesswork and no rounding up. Here is what goes into your estimate.
Satellite imagery gives us the size, pitch, and direction of each roof plane, plus shading from trees and nearby buildings.
We use the published tariff for your utility and rate plan, so savings reflect what you actually pay.
Decades of weather data for your zip code tell us how much sun your roof sees across the year.
Panel and inverter specs from products installers in your area actually carry.
Find a store
Enter your zip code and we will show you the closest one.
Questions
No. The kiosk is unattended. Nobody approaches you and nobody follows up unless you ask.
It is an estimate built from your roof and your rates. A licensed installer confirms the final design and price after a site visit.
We introduce you to one vetted, licensed installer who serves your area. They contact you once. You take it from there.
No. Using the kiosk or the online tool is free.
Yes. The same tool runs online. Use the Design my system online button.
Only to the installer you ask to be introduced to. See our privacy policy for details.
For solar companies
We connect installers with homeowners who designed a system at the kiosk and asked to talk. We also handle the marketing that gets them there.
How introductions work
Every introduction follows the same four steps. The homeowner controls the first three.
A homeowner enters their address at a SOKI kiosk or online. Real roof geometry and utility rates load automatically.
They adjust panel count and watch cost and production move. No sales pressure and no timer.
Only if they want to, they request an installer. That request is the introduction.
We match by territory and capacity. You receive the homeowner's design, roof data, and contact details.
Why it converts
They set the panel count and watched the numbers move. You skip the education phase.
Satellite roof geometry and the utility rates for that address come with every introduction.
No door knocks, no purchased lists, no sharing. Each homeowner is introduced to one installer.
The homeowner met you through a store they trust. That trust carries into your first call.
Marketing services
Beyond the kiosk, we run the campaigns that bring homeowners to it, under your name where it helps.
Search, social, and community advertising targeted to the stores and zip codes you serve.
Your name on kiosk screens, aisle signage, and printed estimates in your territory.
We nurture homeowners who are not ready yet and introduce them when they are.
Monthly view of introductions, appointment rate, and closed projects by store.
Pricing
Two ways to work with us. Both include the homeowner's full design and data.
A flat price per introduction in your territory. No minimums. Pause any time.
A monthly program that includes local campaigns, in-store co-branding, and every introduction from your stores.
Join the network
We review every application. Licensed, insured installers in CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA, and RI.
For retailers
A SOKI kiosk puts a high-consideration purchase on your floor, with your name attached. You earn a share of every project it produces.
Why a kiosk
The kiosk runs itself. No training, no headcount, no commission structure.
You earn a percentage of what the kiosk produces, not a flat placement fee.
We handle delivery, setup and upkeep, so the kiosk is ready from day one.
A single-bay unit near electrical or outdoor living. We handle install, power, and connectivity.
What we handle
Site survey, delivery, and setup, usually in a single morning.
Software, pricing data, and installer network are maintained remotely.
Every installer your shoppers meet is licensed, insured, and reviewed by us.
Monthly summary of sessions, introductions, and completed projects at your location.
Retail partner questions
No. The kiosk answers every question a shopper has. Associates only need to know where it is.
About the footprint of a vending machine, plus clear standing room in front.
We do. The kiosk uses a standard outlet and its own cellular connection.
A support line is printed on the kiosk and on every estimate. It comes to us, not your store.
Yes. The kiosk screens and printed estimates can carry your store name alongside SOKI.

Company
We are a marketing and technology company that changed where solar gets sold: from your doorstep to a store you already trust.
About
Roughly nobody enjoys a stranger at the door at 7pm. So we built a kiosk that lets homeowners design their own system, on their own time, in a store they already shop at. SOKI is that kiosk, and it is on the floor in Connecticut today.
New York and Connecticut, 2026.
Design and operate the SOKI kiosk, run the installer network, and market solar for our partners.
Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island.

Terms and policies
How we handle your information, what you agree to when you use the site or kiosk, and how to reach us about any of it.
Last updated September 8, 2026
Solar Redefined LLC ("we") operates the SOKI kiosk, solarredefined.com, and the online design tool. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
When you design a system, we collect the address you enter, the roof and utility data we look up for it, and the choices you make in the tool. If you ask to be introduced to an installer, we collect your name, email, and phone number. On the website we collect standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and, with your consent, analytics cookies.
To build your estimate. To introduce you to one installer if you ask. To operate and improve the kiosk and website. To meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
The one installer you ask to be introduced to. Service providers that host our systems and run the design tool, under contract to protect your information. The retail partner whose store you used receives only aggregate, non-identifying totals. Authorities when required by law.
Estimate data without contact details is kept in aggregate. If you ask for an introduction, we keep your contact details for as long as needed to complete it and for records required by law, then delete or anonymize them.
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to appeal a decision. Residents of Connecticut, New Jersey, and other states with privacy laws can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@solarredefined.com or calling (631) 672-3710. We respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, we update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you on the site or by email.

These terms apply when you use solarredefined.com, the online design tool, or a SOKI kiosk. By using them you agree to these terms.
System size, cost, production, and savings shown by the tool are based on satellite roof data, published utility rates, and typical equipment. They are not a quote, an offer, or a guarantee. Final design and pricing are set by a licensed installer after a site visit.
Solar Redefined connects homeowners with independent, licensed installers. We do not design, sell, finance, or install solar systems. Any contract is between you and the installer.
Use the tool for your own home or a home you are authorized to evaluate. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the kiosk or website.
SOKI, the kiosk process, the software, and the content on this site belong to Solar Redefined or its licensors.
To the extent permitted by law, Solar Redefined is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the tool, or a kiosk, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is typically nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

We want everyone to be able to design a solar system. This site and the kiosk are built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Text meets contrast minimums. Everything can be reached with a keyboard. Images have text alternatives. The kiosk uses large type, large touch targets, and no time limits.
